Our achievements, in concrete…
Throughout BFC Architects 16+ years of existence, we have carried out very dynamic and significantly complex construction projects, distributed across the national territory. To date, we have supervised the construction of a total of 15 gaming rooms in different states of the country for Play City Casinos; we supervised the restructuring of the Executive Dining Room of Grupo Televisa in San Ángel; we built the Xochimilco branch and reinforced the security of 14 branches throughout the republic for Nacional Monte de Piedad; we collaborated with the Bank of Mexico in supervising various works in the Legaria Complex and the 5 de Mayo 18 Building, as well as the remodeling of the hangar owned by the same Bank in Mexico City. We supervised the construction and adaptation of 4 cinema complexes for Cinemex, in the cities of Monterrey (2 complexes), Veracruz and Oaxaca. We managed the construction for Stage I of the expansion of corporate offices for the Tlalpan complex of Grupo Financiero Banorte; we managed the Construction of their new Parking and Office building in the Tlalpan Complex (60,000 m2), as well as the Adaptation of Corporate Offices of Banorte Insurance and Pensions in seven floors of the Condesa Tower, Condesa neighborhood in CDMX (15,000 m2, approx.).
We are currently managing the construction for the remodeling and expansion of the Hidalgo building of Banorte Insurance in the center of the city of Monterrey .
