- Data for Logbook Entry Generation (sofIA Service): Project name and location, names of companies and roles involved, contract number, dates, subject, and detailed descriptions of situations, events, and regulations related to your construction project.
- Opinions and Feedback: Ratings, testimonials, and suggestions that you voluntarily provide about our services.
Data Collected Automatically:
- Device and Network Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and User-Agent. This data is collected for security, analysis, and to improve the quality of our service.

2. Purposes of Processing Your Data

Primary Purposes (necessary for the service):

To provide, operate, and maintain the "sofIA" logbook entry generator service.
To process your request and the information provided to generate the content of the logbook entry.
To send the generated logbook entry to your email address, thereby verifying its validity.
To comply with applicable legal obligations.

Secondary Purposes (require your consent):

To send you informational, promotional, or marketing communications about our services, provided you have given your explicit consent by checking the subscription box.
To use your testimonials or reviews anonymously for marketing and service improvement purposes.

3. Data Transfer to Third Parties and Use of Artificial Intelligence

To provide the sofIA note generation service, it is necessary to share part of the information you provide with a third-party provider of Artificial Intelligence technology.

Third-Party Recipient: Google, LLC (provider of the Gemini API).
Data Shared: The textual content of your request (subject, description, regulations, etc.) and the regulatory context our system finds. Your name and email address are not shared in the request to the AI.
Purpose of Transfer: The sole purpose is to process the information to generate the logbook entry content you requested.
Legal Basis: This transfer is necessary for the maintenance and fulfillment of the legal relationship between you and The Controller. By using the sofIA service, you understand and accept this transfer as an essential condition for the provision of the service.

4. ARCO Rights and Revocation of Consent

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel your personal data, as well as to Oppose the processing thereof or revoke the consent you have given us (ARCO Rights). To exercise your rights, please send a written request to our Data Protection Department via email at: buzon@bfcarquitectos.com. Your request must comply with the requirements stipulated in the LFPDPPP.
